Who can take part
- You identify as a Caribbean Black woman with Jamaican, Trinidadian, or Barbadian ancestry
- You are 18 years or older
- You have been diagnosed with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (cancer that has spread beyond the breast) confirmed by recent biopsy
- Your overall health and ability to tolerate treatment are good (ECOG score 0–1, meaning you can do most daily activities)
- You have never received chemotherapy or other systemic treatment for advanced breast cancer
- Your organ function (liver, kidney, heart, blood counts) is adequate to safely receive chemotherapy
