Who can take part
- You are a woman, aged 18–75 years old
- Your breast cancer is confirmed as triple-negative (hormone receptor–negative and HER2-negative) and is locally advanced or metastatic
- You've had 1–2 prior systemic cancer treatments for your advanced disease
- You have at least one measurable tumor lesion visible on imaging
- Your overall health status is good enough for chemotherapy (ECOG score 0 or 1)
- Your blood counts, liver function, and kidney function are adequate
