Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 75 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis (confirmed by X-ray, mild to moderate severity)
  • You have no history of knee surgery, serious infections in the knee, or cancer
  • You have not had steroid injections or PRP injections in your knee in the last 3 months
  • You do not have rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, or other inflammatory joint diseases
  • You are able to understand the study and provide written consent
