Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 or older
- You have been diagnosed with early-stage hormone-receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer (cancer that hasn't spread to distant parts of the body)
- Your doctor prescribed abemaciclib for your treatment according to standard medical guidelines
- You started abemaciclib therapy between January 1, 2023 and June 30, 2025
- You do not have locally advanced or metastatic (widespread) breast cancer
- You have no medical reasons that would make abemaciclib unsafe for you
