Who can take part
- Your child is between 3 and 6 years old
- Your child has been formally diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Your child has not been in a structured exercise or sports program in the past 6 months
- Your child does not have severe neurological conditions like epilepsy, fragile X syndrome, or severe psychiatric conditions
- Your child's vision, hearing, and thinking ability are good enough to participate in physical activities
- Your child has no history of serious head injury or brain injury, and no medical reasons they cannot exercise
