  • You are 18–75 years old
  • Your breast cancer is triple-negative (a specific type confirmed by biopsy)
  • Your cancer has not responded to at least 2 previous chemotherapy treatments
  • You have at least one measurable tumor outside the brain that can be tracked
  • Your overall health is good enough to tolerate treatment (ECOG score 0 or 1)
  • You are willing to provide a tumor tissue sample for testing
