  • Your colorectal cancer must have the KRAS G12D genetic mutation (confirmed by biopsy or pathology report)
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on imaging scans outside the brain
  • You are in good enough health to handle treatment (ECOG performance status 0–1, meaning you can do light activities)
  • Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are adequate
  • You are expected to live at least 3 months
