Who can take part
- Your colorectal cancer must have spread to other parts of the body and be measurable on scans.
- Your tumor must have a specific genetic change called KRAS G12D mutation, confirmed by a lab test.
- You must be able to do most of your daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- If you've already had chemotherapy for spread, your cancer must have grown during or after that treatment.
- You cannot have had other RAS gene mutations, prior RAS-targeted treatments, or certain other medications recently.
- You must be able to swallow pills and not have untreated or symptomatic brain metastases.
