- Be African American
- Live in Cobb, DeKalb, Fulton, or Gwinnett counties in metro Atlanta
- Be at higher risk for HIV (for example, sex without a condom, a partner with HIV, multiple partners, or a recent sexually transmitted infection)

- Have a support person who can help you—like a parent, friend, or mentor
