Who can take part
- Advanced or unresectable liver cancer confirmed by biopsy or pathology
- Your cancer has a TP53 genetic mutation confirmed by hospital testing
- Your cancer progressed despite prior immunotherapy (including at least one PD-(L)1 inhibitor drug)
- Your liver function and blood counts are acceptable (Child-Pugh class A, adequate platelets, blood counts, and kidney function)
- You are able to care for yourself with minimal help (ECOG performance status 0–1)
- You do not have brain metastases, active hepatitis B or C infection, or certain heart or lung conditions
