Who can take part

  • You are a woman aged 20–40 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) by Western medical criteria and by Traditional Chinese Medicine standards
  • You have not taken estrogen or progestin medications in the last 3 months
  • You do not have other hormone, metabolic, or immune disorders that could affect your ovaries (such as PCOS, thyroid disease, or lupus)
  • You do not have untreated gynecological problems like large fibroids, polyps, or severe endometriosis
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pelvic surgery during the trial
