  • Exercise at least 2–3 days per week for 30+ minutes each time
  • Have no current health conditions or known medical problems
  • No history of knee, hip, or lower leg injuries (old or new)
  • No history of knee or hip surgery
  • No heart or lung problems that would stop you from exercising safely
