This study looks at how exercise changes blood vessels differently in older women and men. You'll be randomly assigned to either an exercise program or a no-exercise control group for a few months, and researchers will measure your blood vessel health before and after.

Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You are generally healthy (no heart, liver, kidney disease, diabetes, or cancer).
- You do not smoke or use tobacco.
- You are not on medications that affect blood pressure, cholesterol, or blood sugar.
- You are willing to stop vitamins, supplements, and anti-inflammatories 1 month before and during the study.
- You currently exercise less than 2 days a week vigorously.
