- You are a student in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade at a public high school in Rawalpindi, Pakistan
- Your school has at least 300–500 students total and at least 30 students per grade in your class
- Your school is willing to participate and let teachers help run the program
- You and your parent(s) both agree in writing to join the study
- You can use digital devices (computer, tablet, or phone) without difficulty
- You are not currently getting braces or other dental treatment
