- You have a confirmed diagnosis of high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC)
- Your tumor tissue was removed by surgery or biopsy and preserved in a specific way (FFPE)
- Your tissue sample was collected within the last 5 years
- Your tissue sample contains at least 100 viable (living) cancer cells that can be analyzed
- Your tissue was not collected after treatment with mirvetuximab soravtansine or other folate receptor alpha-targeted therapies
- Your tissue came from surgery or biopsy, not from a needle sample or fluid collection
