Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with clear cell renal cell carcinoma (a type of kidney cancer) that has either returned or spread to other parts of your body
  • You are planning to start or are already receiving first-line systemic therapy (targeted drugs plus immunotherapy)
  • You are able to have both FDG PET/CT and CAIX-targeted PET/CT imaging scans
  • Your cancer team confirms that radiation therapy can safely treat at least 75% of your visible tumors
  • You are at least 18 years old and able to give written informed consent
  • You do not have uncontrolled serious health conditions, active infections, or pregnancy
