Who can take part
- Age 18–75 years old
- Pancreatic cancer confirmed by biopsy that is resectable or borderline resectable with high-risk factors (CA19-9 > 200, tumor > 2 cm, or advanced lymph node involvement)
- No previous chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, or other cancer treatments
- Good overall health status (ECOG 0–1) with life expectancy ≥ 3 months
- Normal blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function (specific lab values required)
- Not pregnant and willing to use contraception during and after treatment
