Who can take part
- You are a woman between 18 and 75 years old
- You have advanced or inoperable breast cancer with confirmed HER2 status (positive, low, or ultralow levels)
- You have never received T-DXd treatment before, but your doctor believes you need it now
- You've had 5 or fewer lines of prior chemotherapy treatments
- You're in good enough health to tolerate treatment (ECOG score 0–1, meaning you can do light activities)
- You have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks and adequate organ function
