Who can take part
- Female, age 18 or older when starting Trastuzumab Deruxtecan
- Diagnosed with metastatic (advanced) breast cancer that is HR-positive (hormone-receptor positive)
- Tumor classified as HER2-low or HER2-ultralow based on recent pathology testing
- Previously received at least one line of hormone therapy (with or without other targeted drugs) for metastatic disease
- No prior chemotherapy for metastatic breast cancer
- Just started or about to start Trastuzumab Deruxtecan as part of your regular treatment plan
