Who can take part

  • You must be a healthy adult woman with no significant medical conditions
  • Your weight must be in a normal range (BMI between 18.0 and 35.0)
  • Your kidney and liver function must be normal or nearly normal based on blood tests
  • You must not have had stomach, intestinal, or pancreas problems in the last 3 months
  • You must not have uncontrolled nausea, vomiting, or a recent weight-loss surgery
  • You must be willing to have physical exams, heart tracings (ECG), and blood tests
