Who can take part

  • You must be a woman who cannot become pregnant (either because you have had surgery to remove your uterus or ovaries, or because you have gone through menopause).
  • Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 18.0 and 35.0.
  • You must have regular bowel movements (at least one every two days) over the past month.
  • You must not have any significant ongoing or recent medical illness.
  • You must not have any current or recent stomach or intestinal problems.
  • You must not have a history of unusual bleeding or easy bruising.
