This study tests whether personalized health coaching helps thyroid cancer survivors stick to their treatment plans and build healthier habits. You'll work with a coach to improve your overall wellness after thyroid cancer treatment.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have been diagnosed with papillary or follicular thyroid cancer (confirmed by biopsy)
- You had your entire thyroid removed, with or without radioactive iodine treatment
- You are taking levothyroxine (a thyroid hormone replacement pill) as your only thyroid medication
- Your thyroid hormone levels (TSH) have been stable and well-controlled for at least 3 months after surgery
- You speak English fluently and can give informed consent
