Who can take part
- Age 18–65 years old
- Diagnosed with moderate-to-severe HS: at least 5 inflammatory bumps or abscesses and lesions in at least 2 separate body areas (like both underarms)
- HS has been present for at least 6 months
- Previous antibiotics didn't work well, weren't tolerated, or can't be used for your HS
- Willing to use over-the-counter topical antiseptic washes on HS lesions throughout the study
- If able to become pregnant: willing to use reliable birth control during the trial
