- You are a woman between 40 and 55 years old
- You had latissimus dorsi flap breast reconstruction surgery
- You have moderate or severe shoulder pain and limited shoulder movement affecting your daily activities
- You are 3–4 weeks post-surgery and ready to start physical therapy
- You have no other shoulder conditions like rotator cuff tears, nerve damage, or recent shoulder surgery
- You do not have diabetes, cervical spine problems, or psychological disorders that would interfere with treatment
