- Be at least 19 years old
- Weigh at least 50 kg (45 kg if female) with a healthy body weight range (BMI 18.0–30.0)

- Agree not to become pregnant and use non-hormonal birth control (like condoms or IUDs) for 7 weeks after your last dose
