  • Age 18 months to under 18 years old at the time you join the study
  • Diagnosed with high-risk neuroblastoma that has spread to other parts of the body
  • Cancer can be seen on imaging scans (measurable disease)
  • Good enough overall health to tolerate treatment (performance status score of 50 or higher)
  • Organ function (heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, bone marrow) must be adequate based on recent blood tests and imaging
  • Recovery from side effects of any previous chemotherapy treatments
