Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 75 years old.
- Have had atopic dermatitis (eczema) for at least 12 months.
- Have moderate to severe eczema that covers at least 10% of your body and causes frequent itching.
- Tried topical treatments (creams or ointments) without success, or have a medical reason you can't use them.
- Agree to use birth control during the study and for 6 months after, if you or your partner can have children.
- Be free of serious health conditions like active tuberculosis or cancer.
