Who can take part

  • Age 18–75 years
  • Metastatic (advanced) breast cancer that is HER2-negative, confirmed by imaging or biopsy
  • Previous cancer treatment: for triple-negative breast cancer, at least 1 prior therapy; for hormone-receptor positive breast cancer, prior endocrine therapy and CDK4/6 inhibitors plus at least 1 other therapy
  • Good overall health status (able to perform light daily activities; ECOG performance status ≤2)
  • At least one measurable tumor on CT or MRI scan
  • Adequate bone marrow, liver, and kidney function on blood tests
