Who can take part
- You have a type of breast cancer called HR-positive, HER2-negative that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery.
- Your cancer got worse while on or soon after a CDK4/6 inhibitor (a common targeted therapy).
- You have had no more than 1 type of chemotherapy or antibody-drug conjugate for advanced breast cancer.
- You are willing to have a tumor biopsy before treatment and again after 2 weeks and at the end of treatment.
- You have adequate kidney, liver, and bone marrow function and are generally healthy enough for daily activities.
