  • Age 18–70 years old
  • Weight at least 50 kg (men) or 45 kg (women), with BMI between 18–32
  • Willing to use effective birth control and avoid pregnancy for 3 months after the last dose
  • No allergies to VC005 or any of its ingredients
  • No recent blood donations, serious infections, or active herpes zoster/simplex infections
  • No history of liver disease, stomach/bowel surgery, or severe digestive problems like chronic diarrhea
