Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You weigh at least 45 kg (99 lbs) if female, or 50 kg (110 lbs) if male.
  • You have moderate kidney problems (as determined by your doctor) or normal kidney function.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control from 2 weeks before the study until 6 months after, and not donate sperm or eggs.
  • You have no history of severe allergies, heart disease, or other major medical conditions that could affect the study.
