Iron oxide injections to find melanoma sentinel lymph nodes

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have melanoma confirmed by a skin biopsy
  • Your doctor has planned surgery to remove the melanoma and check your sentinel lymph nodes
  • You are able to complete all study procedures and follow-up visits
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You do not have a history of iron overload disease (too much iron in your body)
