- You are between 18 and 40 years old
- You have trained Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for at least 2 years
- You train at least 3 times per week
- You are currently free from injuries that would stop you from training or competing
- You have not used cannabis or CBD in the recent past
- You do not have a history of liver, kidney, or heart disease
