Who can take part
- You are 12 years old or older
- You recently went to a hospital emergency department after a suicide attempt (self-harm with intent to end your life)
- You can understand the study and give your own permission, or (if under 18) a parent/guardian can consent for you
- You speak Spanish well enough to complete the study assessments
- You are medically stable enough to safely participate in research activities
- You do not have severe cognitive impairment or a neurological condition that prevents informed consent
