Brain Wave Changes During Fenfluramine Treatment in Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome

Who can take part

  • Age 2 to 35 years old
  • Confirmed diagnosis of Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome with seizure onset by age 11
  • Currently taking fenfluramine at the correct dose for at least a few weeks
  • At least 2 drop seizures per week (recorded recently)
  • Taking 1–4 other seizure medications on a stable dose for at least 30 days
  • Brain wave (EEG) recording from within 6 months before starting fenfluramine
