Who can take part

  • Diagnosed with pancreatic cancer (ductal adenocarcinoma type) confirmed by biopsy or tissue sample
  • Cancer is locally advanced and cannot be surgically removed, but has not spread to distant organs
  • Able to perform light activities (ECOG score of 0–1), with a life expectancy of at least 3 months
  • Have not received any prior cancer treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy)
  • Adequate organ function: normal kidney, liver, bone marrow, and blood clotting levels
  • Women of childbearing potential must have a negative pregnancy test and commit to contraception for 12 months after treatment
