Who can take part
- You have a type of pancreatic cancer called adenocarcinoma confirmed by biopsy.
- Your tumor is considered either locally advanced (has not spread to other organs) or cannot be removed with surgery, or your doctor has decided not to do surgery for other reasons.
- You have finished at least one round of chemotherapy without your cancer getting worse or spreading to other parts of your body.
- Your tumor is clearly visible on a CT scan and is in a position where doctors can safely give targeted radiation (SBRT) and then inject an experimental immunotherapy drug (PCX12) directly into the tumor using a thin tube (endoscope).
- You are generally healthy enough to handle these procedures (ECOG score 0–2, meaning you can be up and about, even if you need some help).
- If you could become pregnant or father a child, you agree to use effective birth control during the study and for at least 3 months after the final treatment.
