Who can take part
- Age 18–75 with pathologically confirmed squamous cell carcinoma of the anal canal or perianal region
- Good overall health status (ECOG 0–1) with life expectancy of at least 3 months
- Adequate blood counts, liver function, kidney function, and thyroid function
- No prior treatment with immunotherapy drugs (anti-PD-1, anti-PD-L1, or anti-CTLA-4)
- No active autoimmune disease, HIV, active hepatitis B or C, or interstitial lung disease
- Willing to use effective contraception for 12 months after treatment completion (if of childbearing potential)
