Who can take part
- Age 18–65 years old
- Neck pain lasting at least 3 months, with or without headaches
- Dizziness that happens with neck movement or certain head positions
- No recent severe neck injury or previous neck surgery
- No balance disorders, neurological conditions, or serious spine diseases
- Able to complete questionnaires and commit to the study without other concurrent physical therapy
