  • Confirmed solid tumor with measurable lesions on imaging
  • Failed or unable to complete 1st, 2nd, or 3rd-line standard cancer treatments
  • Good overall health status (ECOG score 0–2: able to do light activities or better)
  • Expected to live more than 3 months
  • Willing to sign informed consent and participate voluntarily
