This study tests whether a new drug called 9MW2821 works better than standard chemotherapy for triple-negative breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. You would qualify if your cancer has already been treated with certain chemotherapies and your body is healthy enough to tolerate more treatment.

Who can take part
- You have triple-negative breast cancer (a type confirmed by a biopsy) that has spread to other parts of your body or cannot be surgically removed
- Your cancer has already been treated with at least two specific types of chemotherapy: a taxane-based drug and an antibody-drug conjugate
- You are 18–75 years old and in good overall health (ECOG score 0–1, meaning you can do normal daily activities with little or no limitation)
- You have measurable tumors that can be seen on scans and at least 12 weeks of expected survival
- You can provide a tissue sample from your tumor (either previously stored or freshly taken)
- Your heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys are working adequately, and your blood sugar control is reasonably good
