  • You are a first-year nursing student in an accredited nursing school
  • You have completed both classroom theory and hands-on clinical training
  • You are willing to attend all study sessions without missing any
  • You are willing to commit to the entire study from start to finish
  • You have never worked as a nurse and do not currently work in nursing
  • You were admitted to the nursing program through regular entrance (not from vocational health school, foreign student exam, or associate degree transfer programs)
