Testing a software tool for measuring lower back flexibility

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 25 years old
  • Your body mass index (BMI, a measure of height-to-weight ratio) is between 18 and 24.9
  • You have no history of lower back disc problems, spine surgery, or spine curvature conditions
  • You have no current injuries to your hamstrings, hips, knees, ankles, shoulders, elbows, or wrists
  • You are not an athlete and do not take muscle relaxant medications
  • You are not pregnant
