- Your BMI is between 18 and 30.
- You have had low back pain for more than three months.
- You are receiving rehabilitation care at Montpellier University Hospital's Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department.
- You do not have a recent history of sciatica (within the last 3 months), spinal fractures, or other conditions like inflammatory rheumatism or severe scoliosis.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you are not under legal guardianship.
