Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 45 years old
  • Your weight must be at least 50 kg (110 lbs) if male or 45 kg (99 lbs) if female, with a healthy BMI between 19–26
  • You must use effective birth control and not plan to donate sperm or eggs for 3 months after your last dose
  • Your liver, kidney, and heart function must be normal based on blood tests and an ECG (heart rhythm test)
  • You cannot have taken other medications (including vitamins and herbal products) for 2 weeks before the study starts
  • You must avoid alcohol, caffeine, and smoking during the study, and agree to a simple diet provided by the research team
