Who can take part
- Age 18–45 years
- Knee pain in front of or behind the kneecap that has lasted at least 3 months
- Pain triggered by at least two of these: stairs, squatting, running, jumping, or sitting for long periods
- Pain level of at least 3 out of 10 on a standard pain scale
- No previous knee surgery or serious knee injury (torn ligaments, torn cartilage, or severe arthritis)
- Willing and able to do exercises at home via video and attend online follow-up appointments
