- You are between 18 and 44 years old
- You have had gradual knee pain around or behind the kneecap
- Your pain gets worse when running, jumping, going up or down stairs, or squatting
- You have been referred to physiotherapy at Colchester Hospital (East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust)
- You can read and understand English
