- You are 18 years or older
- You need head and neck reconstruction surgery using a radial forearm free flap (skin graft from your inner forearm)
- You are being treated at University of Alabama at Birmingham
- You can attend follow-up appointments to check how your arm heals
- You do not have previous nerve damage or surgery on the same forearm
