- You must be a healthy male between 18 and 55 years old
- Your weight must be between 121–187 lbs (55–85 kg) and your BMI between 19–26
- All recent medical exams, heart tests, and blood work must be normal or have no clinical concern
- You cannot have any chronic or serious health conditions affecting your heart, blood, lungs, hormones, kidneys, stomach, immune system, mood, nerves, or reproductive organs
- You must agree to use reliable birth control for 3 months after receiving the injection
- You cannot smoke, drink regularly, use drugs, or take most other medications for weeks before and during the study
