Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older

- You are eligible to receive palliative therapy (treatment focused on comfort and symptom relief) at Oncoclínicas & Co in 2023 or later
- You have tumor tissue samples available from a previous procedure for genetic testing
- You plan to receive at least 3 months of follow-up care at the study center after starting treatment
